The purported arrest of the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu has sparked up mixed/diverse reactions from Nigerians over the weekend. Word is yet to come from the Directorate of State Security (DSS), Lagos state to confirm his arrest. A little bit of confusion here and there but one thing is sure, the Biafra leader is no where to be found and the most probable conclusion is to believe speculations by IPOB.

Former aviation minister Femi Fani Kayode has since called on President Buhari to release Nnamdi Kanu. The former minister stated that it was unlawful to detain someone for 3 days without charging him to court. Statement via his twitter handle, see tweet below:-
